Angela Ramsay, PhD

Dr. Angela Ramsay assumed the leadership of FIPA after witnessing the outstanding leadership of the former FIPA Chairman, the Honourable Frank Phipps, OJ, KC. After establishing a new Board of Directors, Angela conceptualized Strong People Strong Families (The Family Centre) and, as a volunteer, conducted the research for that project with over 200 participants that ultimately led to the development of the resources. She is able to undertake these projects because of the continuing support of the outstanding Karan Delapenha (see her profile below). One of her Masters degrees is in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (Psychology) and she is also credentialled as a coach by the International Coaching Federation Angela has lived, worked, studied or visited the seven continents.
